Ellen Burstyn's illustrious career encompasses film, stage and television. Her many honors include a Tony Award for Same Time, Next Year, an Academy Award for Alice Doesn't Live Here Anymore, and five additional Oscar nominations spanning 30 years for The Last Picture Show, The Exorcist, Same Time, Next Year, Resurrection, and Requiem for a Dream.
Currently, she is appearing in The Little Flower of East Orange at the Public Theater. Next month she will play Barbara Bush in Oliver Stone's new film, W, followed by a recurring role in two new episodes of HBO's hit series Big Love. On May 21, Ellen will receive an honorary doctorate from Pace University, home of the Actors Studio M.F.A. program, acknowledging Ellen's impact as co-president of the famous Actors Studio. She is also the best-selling author of 'Lessons in Becoming Myself', her memoir published in 2006.

With The Stone Angel being her first foray onto the “big screen,” Christine Horne was born and raised in Aurora, Ontario, and graduated from the Acting Program at Toronto’s York University in 2004.
With a solid background of stage acting to her credit, recent stage productions include Nina in The Seagull, Viola in Twelfth Night, Antony in Julius Caesar, Eva Braun in Summit Conference, as well as Absolution, The Vic, Interior, Where’s My Money?, and Macbeth.
Christine is the artistic co-director of The Thistle Project, a Toronto-based theatre company dedicated to adapting non-theatrical sources to the stage. Thistle’s inaugural production, Gorey Story, based on Edward Gorey’s The Gashlycrumb Tinies, played to sold-out houses and was hailed “one of the best of 2006” (NOW magazine).
Active in her community, Christine is a founding member of Wordsmyth Theatre. She currently resides in Toronto.

Cole Hauser was last seen starring in Fox’s crime drama K-Ville opposite Anthony Anderson. He is currently filming the lead role in Tyler Perry’s The Family That Prey’s Together opposite Kathy Bates & Sanaa Lathan. Other upcoming credits include: Tortured with Laurence Fishburne and Like Dandelion Dust with Barry Pepper & Mira Sorvino.
A dynamic young actor, Hauser received critical acclaim as the sexy boyfriend of Robin Wright Penn in White Oleander and was nominated for an Independent Spirit Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role as Staff Sergeant Cota in Joel Schumacher’s Tigerland. Hauser also appeared in John Singleton’s 2 Fast 2 Furious, in which he played the villain Carter Verone, opposite Paul Walker & Eva Mendes, The Break Up opposite Vince Vaughn and starred in The Cave and Mel Gibson’s Paparazzi. He also appeared in Antoine Fuqua’s Tears of the Sun with Bruce Willis & Monica Bellucci, and Greg Hoblitt’s Hart’s War. Hauser’s additional film credits include; Pitch Black, Stephen Frear’s The Hi-Lo Country, Gus Van Sant’s Good Will Hunting, John Singleton’s Higher Learning, Adam Goldberg’s indie Scotch and Milk, Robert Mandel’s School Ties and Richard Linklater’s cult hit Dazed and Confused.
On the small screen Hauser appeared on NBC’s ER as well as ABC and Steven Spielberg’s High Incident. Hauser grew up in and around the United States and currently resides in Malibu with his wife Cynthia and son Ryland.

Dylan Baker was born in Syracuse, New York and spent his childhood in Lynchburg, Virginia. He earned his M.F.A. at the Yale School of Drama.
His feature film credits include Happiness, for which he was honored with an IFP Gotham Award and an IFP West Independent Spirit Award nomination. Other credits include Hide and Seek, Kinsey, Rick, Spiderman II & III, Head of State, How to Deal, Road to Perdition, Changing Lanes, The Cell, Along Came a Spider, Random Hearts, Requiem for a Dream, Celebrity, Simply Irresistible, Disclosure, Planes, Trains and Automobiles, The Long Walk Home, Delirious, Fido, The Hunting Party and Across the Universe. Upcoming releases include Trick ‘r Treat, Diminished Capacity and Revolutionary Road.
Baker’s television credits include HBO mini-series From the Earth to the Moon, Murder One, Book of Daniel, The Pitts, Feds and The Laramie Project. He was most recently seen in the Fox Television series Drive.
Baker earned Tony Award and Drama Desk Award nominations for the Broadway production of La Bete and an Obie Award for Not About Heroes. This season Baker was seen on Broadway in Mauritius and is currently in David Mamet’s November.

Kevin Zegers was most recently seen on screen in The Jane Austen Book Club as the role of Trey. Zegers starred in Transamerica, opposite Felicity Huffman, and in Universal’s remake of Dawn of the Dead.
Zegers has two independent films releasing this year; Fifty Dead Men Walking opposite Ben Kingsley based on Martin McGartland's shocking real life story, and The Narrows as Mike Manadoro, a struggling young man trying to find his place within two worlds. Released in Canada in 2007, Kevin starred in Normal as Jordie, a teenager who made a wrong choice and has paid the price but cannot stop his journey downward.
In 2006, Kevin filmed three independent films; he plays Frank in the upcoming indie release, Gardens of the Night starring John Malkovich and Jeremy Sisto, the role of John in the Kari Skogland drama The Stone Angel alongside Ellen Burstyn and Cole Hauser, and he also starred in It’s a Boy Girl Thing playing the lead role of Woody Deane in the high jinx romantic comedy about neighbors who live worlds apart.

Ellen Page won an Independent Spirit Award and was nominated for an Academy Award, Golden Globe Award, Screen Actors Guild Award and Broadcast Film Critics Award for her portrayal of Juno McGuff in Fox Searchlight's critical and box office sensation Juno. Page will soon begin production on Drew Barrymore's directorial debut Whip It about a female roller derby player as well as Michael Lander's Peacock opposite Cillian Murphy.
Page’s additional credits include: Smart People, opposite Dennis Quaid and Sarah Jessica Parker; X-Men: The Last Stand; An American Crime, opposite Catherine Keener; and her groundbreaking performance in the 2005 Lionsgate film, Hard Candy. A native of Halifax, Nova Scotia, Page has long been a fixture in Canadian television and cinema since the age of 10. She received a Gemini nomination for Best Performance in a Children's Program and a Young Artist Awards nomination for Best Performance in a TV Drama Series.

A Genie Award-winner for the classic Canadian films I’ve Heard the Mermaids Singing and The Lotus Eaters, Sheila McCarthy has appeared in the recent films Being Julia, Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen and The Day After Tomorrow.
Currently a lead in CBC’s hit series Little Mosque on the Prairie, McCarthy shines on the screen and stage with many credits including Virtual Mom and I Was a Rat, Roxana, Missing, Wonderland, Road to Avonlea, and Street Legal. She received Gemini nominations for her roles in Emily of New Moon and Dudley the Dragon.

Samantha Weinstein made her feature film debut at the age of eight, as Danielle in David Weaver's black comedy Siblings, which showed at the Toronto International Film Festival in 2004.
She went on to play the title role of Josephine in Renuka Jeyapalan's award-winning short film Big Girl, which was named Best Short at TIFF in 2005, and Best Short at FFF 2006. Samantha received the 2006 ACTRA Award for Outstanding Performance - Female for her work in Big Girl. She returned to TIFF in 2006 for the third consecutive year, playing the lead role of Sara in Megan Martin's short film Ninth Street Chronicles, which earned the Best Short awards at both TIFF and the AFF that year.
Samantha recently appeared as Piper in Ken Finkleman's ensemble cast of At The Hotel and has also appeared in two TV movies, TNT's The Winning Season and Swarmed for The Sci-Fi Network. Samantha is a grade six student.
